Producing Session

"I'm looking for accompaniment music for my song and would like Prescott Studios to produce and record the music for me.' or, 'I don't play any instruments, but I want to record a song."

It amazes me when someone who is not a trained musician or vocalist comes into our studio and present incredible ideas for songs! Sometimes we see new artists with books full of songs that they've worked on and collected.

How does it work?

Working with a studio, producer, and engineer to bring your song to life is a simple and enjoyable process.

How long does it take?

Producing a song can vary in time to create. In most cases by the time you leave your first producing session, the producer will already have a solid idea planned out in their head.

The initial producing session usually only lasts about an hour or less per song. Once we record the outline of the song we will turn it into a fully finished piece ready to be streamed and shared in a multitude of ways.

Of course, the complexity of the song and arrangement will determine exactly how long it takes. Usually, you can receive a rough draft of the song within a week.

Recording Session

'I want a high quality of recording of myself performing most if not all of the instruments and vocals.'
