Sessions and meetings are not back to back. We allow ourselves anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes between sessions.

Rescheduling of Sessions

Rescheduling is handled by our booking system. After you book a session you will receive an email with information about how to reschedule or cancel a session if you have to.

Repeated Rescheduling

We understand that things come up and rescheduling may be needed occasionally. However if three cancellations happen in a row we will require a nan-refunable deposit in advance of the session.

Arriving Late to a Session

We usually leave ourselves a little bit of cushion at the end of every session. If running late happens more than three times in a 60 day period the client may be charged for the additional time past the end of their session.

Copyrights

Anything that the clients brings to Prescott Studios or creates at Prescott Studios is solely the property of the client. If David Prescott or any of Prescott Studios employees create any music that is used on the final recording or if something represents something written by David Prescott or an employee from Prescott Studios, Prescott Studios will own a reasonable amount of the work and it's royalties.  Reasonable is to mean that the amount of the work is in direct proportion of ownership rights. This will be determined by a percentage of the content of the contribution from each writer.
