Payment is due at the end of each session. Credit Card, Cash, and Gift Cards are the only forms of payment we accept.
If you book online you will receive an email with the details of your upcoming session. There will also be a link where you can reschedule or cancel sessions.
If you need to cancel, please do so at your earliest convenience so we can open the calendar to others.
We understand that things happen and there are times where you need to cancel at the last minute.
For those who continuously don't show up for their sessions will be asked to pay in advance. Don't let this happen to you.
Everything belongs to the client. We will store all of your files for a period of a minimum of one year. We suggest that you bring a drive with you to your sessions to copy everything.
If you create a song at Prescott Studios it is 100% yours. However, if we add anything to a song such as the entirety of the music or just part of the performance on the recording, the writer will be given credit for their part. If David Prescott writes music, backing tracks, or beats, he will automatically receive 50% of songwriting credit.
Prescott Studios is not responsible for keeping or protecting any content of our clients. It is up to the client to provide a suitable way to transfer the files after each session. However, Prescott Studios does keep everything for the last three years on our drives. We just do not guarantee it's security.
